Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. The service

Bharosilo Creator (“we”, “the platform”) is built in Nepal for creators in Nepal and India. It provides tools to receive tips, sell merchandise, run livestream overlays for OBS, and connect YouTube channel data. Payments run in NPR for Nepal and INR for India.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the platform. Creators receiving payouts must be able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with local tax and financial regulations.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your sign-in method secure and promptly reporting unauthorized access via our contact page.

3. Creator pages and handles

Creator handles are unique and claimed first-come, first-served. We may reclaim or reassign handles that are inactive, misleading, infringing, or reserved for system use. Your public page, links, merch listings, and tip messages must not impersonate another person or brand.

4. Tips and payments

Tips are voluntary payments from supporters to creators; they are generally non-refundable except where a payment provider requires a reversal for fraud, duplication, or processing errors. Tip minimums and limits follow the rules of the payment provider used (eSewa and FonePay for NPR, Razorpay for INR).

The platform deducts a service fee from each transaction, shown in your dashboard before payout. Payout timing depends on provider settlement and verification. You are responsible for any taxes on income you receive through the platform.

5. Merchandise

Creators list their own products, set prices, and fulfill orders. The platform processes checkout and records order requests but is not the seller of record. Disputes about product quality, shipping, or delivery are between the buyer and the creator; we may assist where reasonable and suspend listings that generate repeated unresolved complaints.

6. YouTube and Google integrations

Optional integrations read YouTube data you authorize, such as channel details, live broadcasts, live chat messages, and subscriber or view counts, to power chat mirrors, alerts, and stat overlays. Connecting a Google account requires Google sign-in and OAuth consent.

Features built on YouTube data are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services terms. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google security permissions. API-backed features may degrade or stop working if YouTube changes, limits, or withdraws API access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Post or stream unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Facilitate fraud, money laundering, gambling where prohibited, or sanctions evasion.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights, including unauthorized restreams.
  • Abuse, probe, or overload the service, overlays, or APIs (including scraping or credential sharing).
  • Circumvent fees, misrepresent tips or sales, or manipulate alerts, stats, or chat.

We may remove content, hide tip messages from overlays, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice for serious abuse.

8. OBS overlays

Overlay URLs are secret browser-source links tied to your account. Anyone with the link can display your alerts, chat, and stats, so keep them private and regenerate tokens if one leaks. Overlay availability depends on your streaming setup and network, which we do not control.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time via the contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud risk, provider requirements, or legal obligations. Pending payouts remain subject to provider settlement and dispute holds.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or revenue-generating operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the fees we retained from your account in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith support contact before any formal proceedings.

13. Contact
