Privacy Policy

Bharosilo Creator is built in Nepal for creators in Nepal and India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For questions, reach us through our contact page.

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.

Creator content. Your handle, display name, bio, links, merch listings, overlay settings, and tip messages you choose to publish.

YouTube data you authorize. If you connect YouTube, we access channel details, live broadcasts, live chat messages, and subscriber and view counts, strictly to power chat mirrors, alerts, and stat overlays.

Transactions. Tip and order records such as amounts, currency (NPR or INR), status, and timestamps. Card, wallet, and bank credentials are handled directly by payment providers. We never see or store them.

Technical data. Basic server logs and device info used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use requirements. YouTube data is used only to provide the creator features you enable. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it beyond what this policy describes.

You can review what Google shares with us and revoke access at any time from your Google security permissions. Disconnecting YouTube deletes your stored OAuth tokens. Cached channel statistics shown on overlays refresh on a schedule and are not kept after you disconnect.

We share data only as needed to run the service: payment providers to process NPR and INR transactions, Google and YouTube APIs for features you connect, and storage providers that host overlay media. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.

Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited to what each function needs. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep collection narrow and review access regularly. Overlay URLs contain secret tokens. Treat them like passwords.

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and as long as tax, accounting, or fraud review rules require. You may ask for deletion of data that is not under a legal retention duty. Some anonymized statistics may remain for platform analytics.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Nepal and India residents may also contact us about how their data is handled under applicable local law.

We use sign in session cookies to keep you logged in. Your theme choice is stored locally in your own browser. We do not run third party advertising trackers on public pages.

The platform is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will remove it.

We update this policy as the platform evolves. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
